LSW Supervision in Pennsylvania

Support for the therapist you’re becoming.

You care about providing thoughtful, ethical care. You deserve a place to ask questions, work through uncertainty, and feel supported as you grow.

I offer clinical supervision for Pennsylvania LSWs seeking a relational, trauma-informed, and values-centered approach to their development. Together, we’ll strengthen your clinical skills, explore the questions that come up in practice, and help you develop confidence in your own judgment.

A Liberation-Oriented Approach

These values shape how we think about clinical work: whose perspective is being centered, how power shows up in relationships, and how racism, ableism, queerphobia, poverty, and other systemic conditions affect clients’ lives. We’ll explore how to respect autonomy, question our assumptions, and put those values into practice.

That reflection includes our own supervisory relationship. I’m transparent about my responsibilities as a supervisor and welcome feedback about how we work together. Queer and neurodivergent clinicians are welcome here, with space to discuss communication preferences and learning needs.
